Shared participation
Engage eligible community members in a proposed collective decision-making framework.
Three ambitions. One vision for Armenia's future.
The original HYECoin, Inc. proposal sets out a threefold goal: mobilize the Armenian diaspora, coordinate community-supported initiatives, and explore a long-term vision for HYEDram as a national currency.
Explore the three goalsThe first stated goal is to invite Armenians worldwide to participate in creating a critical mass of HYEDram stablecoin market capitalization.
The original proposal names a target of $26 billion USD, described as twice Armenia's approximately $13 billion GDP in 2021. These are historical figures and a proposed target, not a statement of current market capitalization or current GDP.
At its core, the vision is to connect diaspora participation with a shared ambition for Armenia's economic future.
A proposed model for community voting and directing resources toward Armenia.
The second stated goal is to harness the collective will of Armenian HYEDram holders as a voting community. The original plan proposes allocating 15% of HYECoin, Inc.'s annual profits generated by HYEDram toward initiatives intended to support, reform, and preserve the Republic of Armenia.
The source describes a majority-rule approach of one vote per eligible wallet, regardless of the amount held, and specifies that voting eligibility is restricted to ethnic-Armenian holders. These are terms of the published proposal, not confirmation of a currently operating voting system.
Engage eligible community members in a proposed collective decision-making framework.
Direct a stated 15% share of annual company profits toward initiatives supporting Armenia, if implemented.
The original plan proposes equal voting weight for eligible wallets, independent of position size.
The third stated goal is the eventual replacement of the Armenian dram with the HYEDram stablecoin as the official currency issued by the Republic of Armenia.
This is a long-term aspiration stated by HYECoin, Inc. It is not an announcement of government approval, legal-tender status, or an adopted monetary policy. Such a change would require decisions by Armenia's authorized institutions and an appropriate legal and regulatory framework.
